Elevate to EB1 was founded by Khushali Trivedi, a U.S.-based Physical Therapist and EB1A recipient (2024), with the purpose of delivering strategic consulting solutions to physical therapists navigating the complex EB-1 immigration process.

Khushali arrived in the United States in 2014 on a student visa to pursue a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. With a bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from India, she soon discovered that the immigration journey for PTs involved significant additional steps—far more demanding than those in engineering or non-clinical fields. Obtaining a Type 1 Certification required extensive coursework and institutional approvals, even after earning a doctorate. Through firsthand experience, Khushali recognized the lack of structured, profession-specific guidance available to PTs aiming to secure permanent residency through the EB-1 pathway.

Driven by her own challenges and a desire to create solutions, she founded Elevate to EB1 to provide high-value, career-focused consulting services for PTs ready to take charge of their professional future. Her approach combines industry insight, strategic planning, and personalized profile-building support to help clients stand out in their field and align with USCIS EB-1 standards.

Khushali brings a decade of clinical and academic leadership to her work. She is a Women's Health Specialist, blog contributor and regional representative for the APTA Pelvic Health Academy, peer reviewer for professional journals, and abstract reviewer for both national and international conferences. She is also the co-founder of VediKh Care, a global nonprofit addressing period poverty across India, Kenya, and the U.S.
